Returns Policy

At Vintage Vault, we generally do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. In exchange, you will receive a store credit valid for 14 days. Please note that the item must still have its original tags attached and be in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, kindly contact us at @vintage.vaultcustomerservice.

Additionally, please be aware that all of our items are vintage and/or pre-owned, which means they may exhibit some signs of wear. We encourage you to carefully review the product images and descriptions before completing your purchase to ensure you're fully informed about the condition of the item.
