1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain disruptions, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

PRE ORDER ITEMS

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
- A tracking number will be provided to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to the United Kingdom and internationally
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
5. Shipping Delays
- Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather, and other unforeseen delays. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed, and we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country.
- Please check with your country's customs office for more information on potential import taxes and duties.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order has not arrived after the expected delivery time or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at vintage.vaultcustomerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
- If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please provide all relevant details, including photos of any damages.
8. Address Changes
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to make any changes, contact us immediately at vintage.vaultcustomerservice@gmail.com. We are unable to make address changes once your order has been shipped.
